"Our house went on the market May 4 2010 and we had a contract by May 8th. We were not pleased with the offer but Greg provided us with guidance on the counters. It took multiple counters but we did get to a ratified contract. Prior to putting our house on the market Greg came to our home (prior to us signing with his company_ and spent about 3 hours reviewing and commenting on how we could prepare the home for putting on the market. Once we did sign with Greg he provided a stager who came and reviewed the home one more time. We implemented almost every recommendation provided by Greg and the Stager. Our house was picture perfect when it went on the market. I believe that is one of the reasons it sold so quickly. We did not have any issues with our home inspection now settlement. All in all the experience was wonderful. We received a great price for our home considering the state of the housing market. Our neighbors were very pleased we sold so high."
