Resident Membership
A Residnet Membership allows the Member and their family to use all of the facilities excluding golf facilities. The Club and Swim Tennis facility includes tennis, fitness, swimming, dining and social activities. All River Creek residents become Resident Members with an initiation fee paid at contract settlement. If a resident elects to upgrade to the Full Privilege Membership, the initation fee is applied towards the Full Privilege initiaion deposit.
Full Privilege Property Owner Membership (Golf)
A Full Privilege Membership allows the Member and their family to use all of the facilities including golf facilities.
